Foodie Friday – Baked Buffalo Chicken

I like buffalo wings, but hate the mess. With baked buffalo chicken, you get the taste without sticky fingers!

I took chicken tenderloins, what I had on hand, you can use chicken breasts too, laid them in a baking dish. Poured Frank’s Buffalo sauce over chicken.  I used about half the bottle.  Sliced up a red, orange and yellow bell peppers from our garden and put on top of chicken and sauce.  Baked at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes,  or until chicken is cooked through.

I added some rice for a side.  Usually  restaurants serve wings with celery.  No one likes celery around here, so I served raw baby carrots and ranch dressing as a veggie.  Of course topped the chicken with a little ranch too.  Yummy and easy!
